Kahnawake Gaming Commission

The Kahnawake Gaming Commission, which licenses and regulates interactive gambling in the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake, was created in June of 1996 pursuant to provisions in the Kahnawake Gaming Law. The Commission enacted its Regulations Concerning Interactive Gaming in July of 1999. The Commission is empowered to regulate and control gaming and gaming related activities conducted within and from the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake in accordance with the highest principles of honesty and integrity.
